THE TAX CLIENT EXPERIENCE

At Wright CPA PLLC, we believe that client experience is paramount. We strive to ensure that every interaction our clients have with us is positive, from the initial consultation to the ongoing support we provide. Our goal is to exceed our clients' expectations and build long-term relationships based on trust and exceptional service.

GETTING STARTED

#1 For existing clients, complete a Contact Update form via Foxit eSign.

#2 Sign the Engagement Letter via Foxit eSign.

#3 Complete a brief tax questionnaire via email link

#4 Next, you will receive another email from us with

  1. A link to your personal client file on our SharePoint site. You can upload your tax documents using this link.

  2. Within your SharePoint folder, you'll find a customized tax organizer with last year's information.

#5 Provide your Tax Documents (Upload, Bring In, Mail-In)

Note: For Security Purposes Please Do Not Email Tax Documents!

Return Preparation

1. Weekly Email Update

Every Monday you will receive an email with an update on your return. This is to increase our transparency with clients.

If for some reason you are not receiving email updates, please let us know!

2. Questions from Tax Preparers

One of our tax preparers will do the initial data entry for your return. The preparer may have some standard questions, if so, they will email you. Please respond via email so that we can keep a written record of how we obtained the information put on your return.

Should a document be needed, please upload using your custom client SharePoint link. For security purposes, do not email documents. 

3. Questions from Return Reviewer

Your return will be reviewed by an experienced tax professional. The reviewer will likely have some more questions; if so, they will email you.

Please respond via email so that we can keep a written record of where and how we obtained the information we put on your return. Your response will be saved in your client SharePoint file.

FINALIZING YOUR RETURN

#1 Review and eSign your Completed Return

  1. Taxpayer and spouse will each receive an email from Foxit eSign.

  2. Click the "Review Document" button to review the completed return.

  3. What's on the return is your responsibility - so make sure to review before you sign it.

  4. Email your return reviewer with any questions or concerns.

  5. Once your return is correct and complete (after corrections if needed), sign the return.

#2 Pay Your Invoice

  1. An invoice will be emailed to you once your return preparation is complete.

  2. Please pay your invoice online, in the office, or over the phone with cash, check, or credit card. 

#3 Completion

  1. Once your invoice is paid and you've signed your return, we will sign your return. 

  2. You will have a chance to download a completed digital copy from Foxit eSign.

  3. We will then electronically file your return and email you confirmation of acceptance. 

  4. Once e-filed, we will print a hard copy and mail it to you via US mail along with any original documents you may have sent us. We will email you a tracking number.

  5. In some cases, we may not be able to e-file your return. If this happens, we will mail you two copies of your return and directions so that you can file your return via mail.
